Not set up yetAnnual leave forecast
See how your leave balance and planned time off affect your year-end total.
Leave values use HH.MM: 249.15 means 249 hours, 15 minutes. Estimates account for biweekly accruals.
Dates that matter
Watch the end of the leave year and your own planned leave.
Use annual leave over your carryover limit before the year ends.
—Checking upcoming federal and in-lieu holidays…
—How the forecast works
1. Start with the actual balances from your most recent pay statement and the date those balances were accurate.
2. Add your biweekly leave accruals through the end of the leave year.
3. Deduct annual leave taken since the balance date and future planned leave.
4. Any projected annual leave above your chosen carryover limit is marked additional leave to use.
Other leave banks & expiration dates
Independent of annual carryoverCredit hours, restored leave and time-off awards are kept separate from annual leave. Confirm individual expiration dates and balances with your LES and facility.

Record leave taken, upcoming time off, and balance corrections after your last pay statement. Use HH.MM (e.g., 1.30 means 1 hour 30 minutes).
Add a leave entry
Use HH.MM for durations (8.30 = 8h 30m); minutes must be 00–59. Add separate entries for multi-day leave.

Calendar & Shifts
See regular shifts, planned leave and individually added overtime on your scheduled OFF days.
October 2026
Pay periods appear in the left margin beside Sunday. Labels use FAA payroll periods for 2026–2029.
Select a date to edit its shift or log leave. Regular mid shifts (such as a Saturday 2100–0700) belong to their FAA duty day, Saturday, although they begin Friday night. Overtime entries remain on their actual start date.
Plan leave across selected shifts
Use “Select shifts,” then choose dates in the calendar. Durations automatically match the remaining scheduled, chargeable shift hours.
No leave approval is requested. Holiday hours are not charged as annual leave. Existing charged hours are excluded to avoid duplicate planning. For partially covered shifts, only remaining hours are added.

Shift Override
Change this date only—for swaps and other changes. Your bidded weekly schedule stays the same.

Holiday Management
Federal holidays are always shown. Work shifts on those dates are automatically non-chargeable. Select the actual holiday to manually mark an in-lieu date.
Adjust holiday hours manually (special situations)
Normally the entire scheduled shift is non-chargeable on a federal or assigned in-lieu holiday. Only override this if your payroll designation covers fewer hours. Clear the override to restore automatic full-shift coverage.
Bidded Work Schedule
Enter your regular weekly shifts separately for each federal leave year. Manual day overrides are always applied on top of this schedule.

Click eligible scheduled shifts to select them, then save. Leave selected during your facility's seniority bidding is saved as normal planned annual leave—there is no separate pending-bid status. You can plan next year's leave before importing next year's LES.

Click a date—even an RDO—to inspect it. A Limited OT marker covers the Sunday–Saturday week and indicates you cannot be automatically assigned overtime that week. It does not erase overtime you already recorded.

How recommendations are built
1. Start with your current projected use-or-lose after already scheduled annual leave.
2. Find work shifts still available before the leave-year ends, using your recurring cycle and date overrides.
3. Prefer shifts beside known RDOs and existing leave, creating longer continuous time away from work.
4. Select full remaining shifts until the annual leave target is covered. Review dates and request leave through the FAA's normal process.
Federal holiday and in-lieu holiday hours are derived from each leave-year schedule; confirm special or unusual arrangements in the calendar and override as needed. Overtime entries are excluded from annual-leave chargeable hours and stop an OT day from being treated as a full day off for break optimization. Staffing, leave bidding and approval are not evaluated.
LES Import and Settings
Import an official LES, review the balances and reconciliation, and configure accrual rates, leave-year dates, and other leave banks. Leave values follow HH.MM notation.
Latest LES Import
Import your latest LES in PDF format. A value such as 249.15 is read as 249 hours and 15 minutes. Your PDF is read on this device; only leave numbers and the pay period date are kept.
Importing updates your balance snapshot, date, and accrual rates; it keeps your leave history and shifts. Entries on or before the new snapshot date are excluded from forecast totals to prevent double counting.
LES Reconciliation History
Last 24 importsWhen a newer LES is imported, compare the expected balance (from prior LES, accruals and recorded taken leave) with the actual new LES. A variance indicates an item to review, not necessarily a payroll error.
Backup and Restore

Cloud Account & Synchronization
Private Account - Firebase Firestore
Each controller has a separate account. Leave settings, entries, repeating shifts, overtime, holiday selections and LES-derived leave totals sync between signed-in devices. Original PDFs are not uploaded.

Sync conflict — choose a version
This device has unsynced edits, but another device changed the cloud record. Download a JSON backup before resolving.
To prevent overwriting edits from another device, conflicting changes require your review. Offline edits are retained locally and retried when a connection returns. Large data files may exceed Firestore's per-document size limit; always keep JSON backups.
Own Your Data
Automatic local recovery and account backupsAutomatic Save and Recovery
Changes are saved automatically after you click a Save or Apply button. When signed in, cloud sync is enabled and local data is kept as a recovery copy.
Checking whether browser storage is available…
In local-only mode, saved data belongs to the same website address and browser profile. When signed in, Firebase synchronizes your records across devices. Private browsing, switching domains, or clearing site storage may affect the local cache. Keep a JSON backup for additional protection.
Backup and Restore
Export a plain JSON backup of your settings and entries. Store it securely if your leave notes are sensitive.
Backups remain the safest protection against browser storage cleanup or moving to another browser. When signed in, your leave data (but not original LES PDFs) is synced to your private Firebase account. Original LES PDFs are processed on your device; the website files are hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Data Management
Reset leave entries or wipe the tool entirely.
These actions cannot be undone unless you've saved a backup.
