Add a dedicated shortcut to your phone. It opens directly to the date, leave type and HH.MM hours form after you sign in.

Open this page in Safari on your iPhone.
Tap the Share control (you may first need to open the Page Menu).
Select Add to Home Screen, then enable Open as Web App.
Name it Quick Log and tap Add.

Open Quick Log now

No app store, separate account, AI subscription, or SMS needed. Your leave data remains private in your existing account. Home Screen apps may ask you to sign in separately from Safari.
